Seth and Elizabeth are getting married in March in Sedona. We had a final meeting about their wedding recently and decided to add an engagement session to their package.  Engagement sessions are a great way to learn "how" to be subjects for portraits, plus it's a great way to know your photographer better before the wedding day.  One of the questions I get a lot from people is "how" I capture the type of intimate family moments that I do.  The answer is that I truly believe you have to know your subjects and they should feel comfortable with you.  The more I know about your family, the better.  If I can be on a first name basis with your entire immediate family-- AWESOME!  Anyway, if you spend 2 hours with a couple shooting their portrait, you definitely get to know them better and vice versa.  The day of the wedding we'll feel like old friends.  PLUS Seth and Elizabeth are getting a leather covered guest book using photos from their engagement session -- guests can sign on the pages of the book and get a closer look at the couple in a casual setting, in this case, downtown Tucson and Tucson's glorious desert scape.  As you can see this is a gorgeous couple and we had a lot of fun shooting this session. I can't wait for your event in late March Seth and Elizabeth!
