Ashley and Paul had their first vacation together as a couple at L’Auberge, where Paul said to Ashley, “this would be a good place to get married.” Of course any girl is relieved to hear that her man is actually thinking about getting married before they are engaged. Later, when he presented her with a ring, Ashley knew L’Auberge would be the perfect spot! We were lucky enough to spend time with this couple during the summer in Flagstaff at an engagement shoot. Oak Creek has always been a special place of reflection for Ashely in the eleven years she’s lived in Arizona and she really wanted to share that with family and friends. It was an intimate wedding with just about twenty guests in attendance, who all got to enjoy the beautiful creekside lawn and Sedona’s magesty. Paul’s brother gave a toast that had everyone in stitches, followed by a delicious dinner on the creek side lawn as the day turned to dusk. I feel that we really challenged ourselves to get something different out of L’Auberge.
