Heidi and Hector had a beautiful intimate wedding at L’Auberge in Sedona with the event coordinated by Laura of Heart of Sedona Weddings and the beautiful floral arrangements by Events by Show Stoppers. They had so many hand-made details by Heidi and Laura including the rings tied to the family bible. I just loved their creek side ceremony and dinner. It reminded me of a romantic dinner you would see featured in Sunset Magazine….ah sigh! -Jamelle
Alex and Matt are a very sincere couple who have such a sweet love for each other. There wasn’t a dry eye during the ceremony as these two poured their hearts out . This was the perfect June day at L’Auberge de Sedona, one of our favorite places to work. I loved the lilac details at this event: the homemade jam, fans and the lavender centerpieces on the table. Alex and Matt’s family were so fun and easy to work with and it seemed like everyone had such a great time! Alex is from Flagstaff originally but resides in Portland, Oregon and decided to return home to share Arizona with Matt’s family. ~Cameron

In one of our last meetings before their wedding Jessica said, “I just kept looking for the perfect place to have our wedding and then I realized that home was perfect.” Sometimes there is no place like home especially when your Dad’s backyard is a lovely pine forest. Jessica and Jeff have been together since high school and are still so in love. We shot her sister Danielle’s wedding a couple years ago were so pleased to work with this family again. Some of the attention to detail that I loved at this wedding included, the gray suits with suspenders, the Vans sneakers for the groomsmen, the mint and gray theme, Jessica’s vintage veil that was her mother’s, Jessica’s hair and her white Tom’s wedges. I just loved the whole “soft” feel to all the colors and the entire backyard wedding. You just have to watch the slideshow because I just couldn’t explain all the goodness in this blog post… vendor details after the photos.

(photos by Cameron & Jamelle, words by Cameron) Jennifer and Raymond are one of the sweetest couples we’ve worked with. They knew the perfect location to tie the knot would be at Lyford Cay in Nassau, Bahamas. Lyford is just such a lovely place to share with wedding guests and family. Jamelle and I certainly had a fabulous time taking in the scenery. We felt we had to share a lot of “Lyford” details so our readers could get the feel for this magical spot. There were three parties that we covered during our trip, all planned by the fabulous Mary Beth Events: the beach soiree, the yacht club rehearsal dinner and the wedding day. This was my most challenging blog post to date because I wanted to show you so much more… but I guess you’ll just have to watch the slideshow.
I’ve known and loved the Lamberson family for the whole time I’ve lived in Flagstaff (9 years now) so when Lisa told me about a “family-only” ceremony she and her fiancé Ben were planning at the Chapel of the Holy Dove, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. Lisa and Ben prioritized and spent their money on their fabulous honeymoon to Ireland and kept it simple at home with a family ceremony and casual reception on a separate date. Enjoy a few photos from Lisa and Ben’s ceremony. I was only with them for an hour!
This wedding was such a fun day! This couple chose to get married in the same church as the bride’s parents, which we found so endearing and sentimental! Their reception was at one of our favorite hotels, The Houstonian. The groom’s family flew in from Colombia and despite a slight language barrier, you would catch the two families “talking” to each other with hands and hugs. Caroline is one of those girls that everyone wants to be friends with, her smile will brighten your day and she definitely lights up Mauricio’s face. The love between these two was palpable and they seemed to really enjoy their wedding day thanks to the coordination by Mary Beth Events. Mary Beth added so many lovely decor details to this wedding and even incorporated Mauricio’s Colombian heritage including a grooms cake that looked exactly like a Colombian hat, a cigar roller, custom linens, a shadowbox bar, fun party props for the guests, a killer band, and so much more! Congrats to Caroline and Mauricio! ~Cameron
