I had so much fun editing this wedding because Wilson and Anne are personal friends of mine and it was so great to see their love shining through the photos. They were married on Sept. 26 at Dancing Apache Ranch in Page Springs (right outside of Sedona proper).  You might remember that our last wedding from September was at the same venue.  Both brides had to switch their venue at the last minute (Anne: the MONDAY before her event due to a new Sedona city ordinance) Imagine the stress!  BUT Kim Duncan of KD Event Designs came to her rescue and figured out that Dancing Apache was available at the last minute and got all the details ironed out. Now that is service! It was an amazing "Kim" wedding as usual.  Stay tuned because Kim also designed my sister Kate's wedding just a few weeks ago. CALL HER if you are getting married.  She makes your ideas come to life and if you don't have ideas, she'll help you find some! Anne and Wilson's family cooked all the food for this event, which you don't see that much anymore but I am here to tell you, it was delicious!  Special thanks to my good friend, Dawn Kish who rocked as my second shooter since Jamelle was on personal vacation.  Dawn shot the opening photo to this blog.  I LOVE a great close up! I photographed a "day after" session for them in Sedona since in their original location included red rocks photos.  The music to the slideshow is by Wilson and his band Equinox click here to ENJOY it and congrats to Anne and Wilson.  ~Cameron~

Kristina and Rob had to move their wedding date and location due to some crazy Sedona City ordinance, which we'll just leave at that!  It did allow them to get married on 09-09-09, which I didn't even realize until later when I was cataloging the images.  A Lucky Wednesday Sedona wedding at the lovely Dancing Apache Ranch in Page Springs, just outside of Sedona proper.   Kristina had a vision for her wedding and she certainly pulled it off--thanks to JB of Sedona Luxury Weddings for coordinating the event.  Bliss Extraordinary Floral did the flowers and the lovely modern table arrangements.  Jamelle and I fell in love with Dancing Apache Ranch during this wedding!  It was a gorgeous log cabin house on the property with a small vineyard adjacent to the property.  There was a springs/creek that ran through the property as well and it was just gorgeous!  One interesting wedding element I had never seen was having your champagne bottle cut with a really sharp knife (don't try this at home). It took the top of the bottle off in one fell swoop.  It was pretty neat. Kristina also had some unique details like wooden plates and cutlery which are more earth friendly than other options.  She had a friend make her cake, which if I'm not mistaken, it was the FIRST time she had tried fondant, and it looked great and tasted amazing.  We did a day-after session with them, and I'm posting those images separate... and the don't forget the slideshow (click here)
