I attended my cousin Brandon's wedding as a guest/wedding photographer a few weeks ago in Orlando, Florida.  It was so great to be able to spend some time with family that I don't get to see very often, as most live in Michigan.  My cousin Brandon is actually Canadian and his new wife, Sian is from Wales, so we had quite the melting pot of family members and friends at this party.  It was a great time and we all enjoyed the Disney World backdrop for entertainment the few days before and after the wedding.  Thanks Sian and Brandon for letting me tag along on this one.  You can view the entire slideshow here:   ~jamelle

Very touching--Jamelle captured so well the intimate emotion and the personalities of the newlyweds, family, and guests. I would say this slideshow visually captures much more than simply what you see here. These photos and their depth of meaning will be treasured forever. I'm sure...wonderful work!

Sian, Brandon and Jamelle,
Grandpa just called and told us how beautiful his family is and how much he is enjoying the pictures. He and grandma were here on Christmas day and we showed them the slide show. It is funny to watch grandma - she thinks it is so cool to be able to see all the pictures on the computer. Jamelle you do a wonderful job and I wish all a Happy Holiday! Be safe - Be Happy. Love you lots Patti, Ken and kids

Sian and I would like to express our greatest appreciation for Jamelle and the images she captured on our wedding day. There are no words to express how fortunate we were to have you with us on this special occasion. People have always said, that a picture is worth a thousand words, Jamelle, your slideshow, editing, and music evoked a fairy tale for those who couldn't attend the wedding from near and far. It told a visual story, a thousand pages long, without a written word!!!! Your ability is a gift and thank-you for sharing your gift and talent with us. Everytime we watch it with friends and family, it overwhelms and capivates our audience. Thank-you, Love ya Sian and Brandon. :)

Happy Halloween!  Owen was the cutest little Yoda you ever did see!  It's was Matt's dream come true to have a little yoda costume being a Star Wars fanatic and all. Anne Raney, of Anne's Alternations, and our bride from a few posts ago, made his costume--call us for her number!  Next year, I'm sure Owen will choose what he wants to be, so it was fun to dress him up this year.  When he saw himself in the mirror, he exclaimed, "Yoda!" and got really excited, he event kissed the mirror. We taught him what does Yoda say, "Do or do not" and it when you ask him, he says, "Do not."  Enjoy a photo of Naomi, Jamelle's daughter AKA supergirl (Jamelle sewed that one) and Jamelle and Jeff (80's PROM).  We did a "trunk or treat" up at their church (parked cars in a lot, open up the trunks, decorate and then the kids can run around and get candy). It was perfect for us, because going door to door wasn't really going to work with Owen, who turned 20 months today!  Also there are some recent photos of Owen at home with his trucks and the day it snowed, it was really the first time he *experienced* snow. It's getting hard for me to crouch down and shoot kids right now since I'm due with baby #2 in less than 10 days.  No photos of me, sorry! I always forget.  ~Cameron~

My little Naomi started kindergarten last week and it seems so impossible that I have a daughter in school already.  Naomi turns 6 next month (as in 8 days) and is all about being a GIRL!  She dresses up for everything... we got this fun petticoat skirt a few weeks ago and it hasn't come off since, so I thought it was a good excuse for a few overdue photos of my not so little girl.   ~jamelle

I have a date with my little baby tonight.... what not a baby anymore..where does the time fly?  I just registered Naomi for kindergarten this week.  I can't believe that five years has come and gone.  We took a few quick photos at the house to celebrate a new haircut.  It's all about the little things. -- Jamelle

I was scrolling around getting ideas for my own wedding and I recognized Naomi. I'm a teacher who works across the hall from the Marshall Coop (I actually worked at the Marshall Co-op up until last year) and I have to say that Naomi is one of the sweetest kids at Coop this year. She always looks like she's having fun! I know she'll love Kindergarten next year; Ms. Chris is awesome.
